1、独立模块开发：独立完成复杂业务模块的设计、开发与测试。能进行合理的技术方案设计（如缓存选型、异步处理方案）；
2、参与系统架构、应用架构和数据架构的规划、设计和评审；
3、指导、处理、协调和解决开发过程中和生产运维中出现的问题；
4、负责制定开发规范和流程；
5、关注系统架构设计趋势和动向，提供专业的意见及建议；
职位要求
1、统招大专及以上学历，计算机、软件工程相关专业；
2、具有独立承担或者主导设计过中大型的系统总体设计的经验；熟悉高并发、高性能分布式系统设计方法，了解安全性需求解决方案；
熟悉主流J2EE框架和开源框架；熟悉分布式Web应用开发、缓存、消息中间件等技术；熟悉数据库技术，并能指导开发工作。
3、经验要求：5年以上软件开发和应用架构设计经验；
4、具备较强的学习能力、抗压能力、有责任心和良好的团队合作精神；
5、主动性强、善于推动项目进展、对出现的问题进行迅速反应，具备解决问题的能力；
