岗位职责：
1、负责无线键盘、鼠标、键鼠套装固件整体方案设计、技术选型、架构优化，主导USB/2.4G/蓝牙BLE三模、低功耗、低延迟、多设备切换、宏定义、RGB灯光等核心功能开发迭代。
2、统筹固件团队日常工作，合理分配任务、跟进项目进度、评审代码、把控技术风险，建立统一开发规范、版本管理和量产标准。
3、负责解决研发、试产、量产及市场端各类固件问题，优化产品稳定性、兼容性、功耗与延迟，保障产品稳定出货。
4、负责固件团队技术方向与管理工作，提升团队整体技术能力，沉淀技术文档与问题解决方案，搭建可持续迭代的固件研发体系。
5、对接产品、硬件、测试部门，完成项目评审、需求落地、版本迭代与量产导入工作。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，电子、嵌入式、自动化等相关专业，3年以上无线键鼠固件开发经验，1年以上带队/技术负责经验。
2、熟练C语言嵌入式开发，熟悉2.4G私有协议、BLE，熟悉USB HID协议、低功耗休眠、无线传输原理。
4、熟悉主流键鼠芯片方案（WCH、泰凌微、Nordic等），具备丰富的量产问题排查与优化能力。
5、具备团队管理、代码评审、新人带教能力，逻辑清晰、责任心强，能独立扛下项目技术与交付。
6、有三模键鼠、游戏键鼠、高端低功耗键鼠项目经验者优先。
