1、负责样衣在研发项目立项阶段，参与项目的可制造性评审，从生产工艺和品质角度提出建议，预警风险；

6、量产过程中，协助对重大技术问题及时处理、解决，反馈给项目相关人员，并跟踪、推动改善。
7、主导对各产品的工时测算和产线平衡度测定，对产线效率不断提升提出改善建议或方案；
8、参与自动化项目建议与推动；对工装夹具运用、操作手法进行规范并不断优化\创新，持续提升产线效率；
9、对产线物料消耗进行工艺性评估和测算，制定材料消耗定额并推动持续改善
