2、计划分析：根据历史数据和项目需求，制定物资储备和专项采购计划，确保物资及时准确到位，满足研发生产需求；
3、供应商管理：分级分类建立合格供应商目录，确定准入资格并建档评估。开发新供应商引入竞争，建立稳定的采购渠道，降低采购成本。
任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，化工/材料/电气/新能源等相关专业毕业；
2、5年以上采购相关经验，有完整的项目招标采购管理经验，从事过化工材料、热力设备、电气、自动化、机械部件等行业采购，有相关工作经验的优先考虑；
3、熟悉各类供应商开发渠道、供应商评估、考核，具有供应商管理风险控制的能力，对总成本的把控能力，良好的谈判和沟通能力、良好的决策判断能力；
4、具有责任心和进取心，具备良好的沟通能力、组织和协调能力，具备较强职业道德素质，很强的自我约束力，较好的独立工作和承受压力的能力。
5、适应经常出差。（base地点可选择杭州、南京、浙江丽水）
