7.了解 MySQL 或其他关系型数据库，掌握基本 SQL 语句。
8.对常用前端开发框架有基本了解。
9.具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力和责任心。

（二）技术加分项（满足部分即可）
1.有Claude Code，Codex等编程AI Agent工具使用经验。
2.了解 Spring / Spring Boot / Spring MVC。
3.了解 MyBatis / JPA 等持久层框架。
4.了解基本的 HTTP / RESTful API 设计。

二、岗位职责

2.在导师或技术负责人的指导下，完成模块级功能开发、单元测试与问题修复。
3.参与需求评审，理解业务逻辑并转化为技术实现。
4.编写清晰、规范、可维护、对AI友好的代码和技术文档。
5.协助系统性能优化、稳定性保障及日常运维支持。
6.持续学习新技术，逐步参与系统架构与技术方案讨论。
