一、岗位职责
1. 安全管理：负责施工现场/厂区日常安全巡查、隐患排查与整改跟踪，落实安全防护措施，杜绝安全事故发生。
2. 资料管理：建立健全安全台账、安全教育记录、隐患整改记录、应急预案等资料，规范归档并及时更新。
3. 教育培训：组织新员工三级安全教育、班前安全交底、安全培训及应急演练，提升全员安全意识。
4. 现场管控：监督作业人员规范佩戴劳保用品，制止违章操作、违章指挥，落实动火、高空、有限空间等特殊作业审批。
5. 应急处理：参与安全事故、突发事件应急处置，配合上级部门安全检查，及时上报安全信息并整改闭环。
二、任职要求
1. 学历要求：本科及以上学历，安全工程、机电、建筑、化工等相关专业优先。
2. 证书要求：持有安全员C证、安全管理员证等相关证书者优先。
3. 经验要求：1-3年施工现场/工厂/仓储安全管理相关工作经验，熟悉安全管理流程及法律法规。
4. 技能要求：熟悉安全台账编制、隐患排查、应急管理，能熟练使用办公软件。
5. 素质要求：责任心强、原则性强、沟通协调能力好，具备较强的风险识别与问题处理能力，能适应现场巡查及临时性加班。
