一、岗位职责
1. 熟悉生产加工的整体流程及检验流程；
2. 负责从原材料进厂到成品出厂的全过程监督及半成品抽样工作；
3. 负责生产记录的审核、不良品处置审核、产品放行审核等工作；
4. 负责汇总、统计、分析质量检验数据及质量控制趋势并向上级汇报；
5. 负责偏差、变更、CAPA、验证等现场确认；
6. 配合人力资源部抓好全员质量教育工作，加强对计量、质量人员培训考核力度，建立和完善计量、质量员执证上岗制度;
7. 负责公司质量事故的处理；
8. 负责建立和健全质量岗位责任制。明确各岗位职责、权力和义务，及时制订或修改并严格贯彻执行各项操作规程，教育员工严格遵守技术纪律；
9. 负责收集公司产品售后质量服务资料。定期或不定期的进行市场调查、客户抽查，及时择写质量市场调查分析报告，提出改进意见和建议，为公司领导决策提供依据；
10. 负责编制年、季、月度产品质量统计报表；
11. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
二、任职要求
1. 理工科本科及以上，熟悉光电、材料、物理优先；
2. 熟悉产品制作过程及质量控制点；
3. 性格积极、主动，善于沟通，有较强原则性；
4. 有质量意识，能自主发现质量隐患并向上级提报；
5. 有数据汇总分析能力和报告制作能力；
6. 熟练使用办公软件。
