岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 为公司城市空间多维认知大模型构建高性能浏览器端三维渲染能力。
2. 设计和优化在线渲染流程，提升多源大规模三维数据在终端的显示效率和稳定性。
3. 根据业务场景，优化加载速度、内存占用和帧率表现，提升用户交互体验。
4. 支持多终端（桌面 / 移动）适配和不同网络环境下的流式加载。
5. 与算法和平台团队协作，推动三维资产的在线分发和可视化升级。

任职要求 / Requirements
1. 学历与专业：国内 C9 及同等水准院校优先（计算机 / 软件工程 / 图形学 / 电子信息等相关专业）；如在国际竞赛 Top 5%、顶会论文、核心开源贡献或重大落地项目等方面具备突出成果者，可放宽条件。
2. 经验口径：中级、高级，或 2–3 内年但主导高并发 Web3D 产品 / 核心渲染模块。

当前必备技术栈：
1. WebGPU / WGSL 或 Vulkan / Metal / DX12 / Unity / Unreal / HLSL / OIT / Hybrid 渲染
2. Binning / Prefix-sum / 视锥裁剪优化
3. SoA 数据布局、半精度 / 压缩纹理（BC / ASTC）
4. Cesium / Three / Babylon

未来可能涉及的技术方向：
1. WebAssembly 与 GPU 混合计算
2. 云端渲染与流式传输、XR / MR 浏览器端渲染

项目证据：线上 Demo 或录像 + 性能分析（帧时 / 显存 / 带宽 / 首屏时延）+ OIT 稳定性对比。
