岗位职责：
1、熟练运用APQP（产品质量先期策划）、PPAP（生产件批准程序）等工具，主导供应商开发全流程管控。
2、进行供应商审核和评估，确保其符合质量标准（如ISO 9001、IATF 16949、AS9100）。
3、建立供应商质量绩效评估体系（如PPM、Audit问题关闭率等指标）
4、具备冲压/注塑/焊接等汽车零部件工艺知识，能识别关键控制点（如尺寸公差、材料性能）
验证供应商SPC（统计过程控制）数据有效性，确保过程稳定性
5、运用FMEA分析供应商生产风险，制定预防措施
6、参与供应商初始样品检定，协调PPAP文件提交与问题整改
7、维护供应商评分卡，并定期进行供应商绩效评审。
8、制定采购降本策略，平衡质量与成本关系，确保供应商符合环保法规及商业合规要求。
9、联动研发，项目对接供应商的开发，掌握供应商生产工艺的问题点，参与讨论技术问题
岗位要求：
1、工程学学士学位（机械工程、工业工程、电气工程或相关领域）。
2、3-5年质量工程经验，优先考虑具有供应商管理相关经验的候选人。
3、熟悉质量管理体系、工具和方法论（如ISO 9001、IATF 16949、QMS、PPAP、APQP、SPC、MSA）。
4、全面了解不同领域的工艺工程（如压铸、注塑、电子、机械加工、装配、表面贴装技术（SMT）等），至少掌握1个领域，掌握2个或以上领域为加分项。
5、具有审核和供应商开发经验。
6、具备强大的供应商管理思维，能够有效推动供应商改进。
7、联动研发、质量部门完成VAVE（价值分析/价值工程）评估，用结构化工具（5Why、鱼骨图）推动跨团队问题解决。
8、统筹多节点任务（如PPAP批准周期≤30天）适应高频出差（年3-4个月），主导现场审核与驻厂改进。
