岗位职责
1、负责能源云平台全量数据处理，完成数据清洗、去噪、特征工程、质量治理，梳理筛选高价值业务数据，搭建标准化数据分析流程；
2、基于大数据、机器学习算法开展数据挖掘分析，提炼设备运行、能耗损耗、工况异常等核心业务规律，输出数据结论与优化方案；
3、研发能源设备智能故障检测、异常识别、风险预警算法模型，构建设备故障特征库，完成模型调优、落地部署与迭代优化；
4、联动产品、运维团队，将数据分析、智能检测能力嵌入云平台功能，沉淀可复用的算法方案与数据规范。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，大数据、人工智能、计算机、统计、能源电气等相关专业；
2、3-5年大数据算法/机器学习相关工作经验，有完整的数据挖掘、算法建模、模型落地经验；
3、熟练使用Python、SQL，精通数据分析、特征工程，熟练掌握分类、聚类、回归、时序分析、异常检测等主流算法；
4、具备良好的数据敏感度，可独立甄别数据业务价值，能独立完成算法开发与落地迭代；
5、有能源、电力、储能、综合能源云平台数据算法、故障检测、能耗分析项目经验者优先。
