岗位职责：
1、负责车载Android应用（如桌面Launcher、空调控制、车辆设置、多媒体、系统通知等）的需求分析、架构设计、编码和单元测试。
2、与UI/UX设计师紧密合作，实现高还原度、流畅且符合车载人机交互规范的用户界面。
3、基于Android Automotive OS (AAOS) 平台进行开发，并充分利用其提供的Car API及Jetpack库（如Car App Library）。
4、优化应用性能，包括启动速度、内存占用、滑动流畅度等，确保系统在车载硬件平台上的表现。
5、分析与系统服务（如车辆网络信号CAN/LIN/SOME/IP、音频、电源管理等）的交互，完成应用层与底层系统的集成与联调。
6、编写清晰、可维护、可测试的代码，并遵循团队代码规范和开发流程。
7、参与技术方案评审，攻克技术难题，持续提升应用的质量和用户体验。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业；
2、3年以上Android平台应用开发经验，至少1年车载Android应用或Android Automotive OS (AAOS)开发经验。有完整的车载IVI应用量产项目经验优先。
3、精通 Java 和 Kotlin 语言，对面向对象设计有深刻理解。
4、熟练掌握Android SDK，Jetpack组件（Lifecycle, ViewModel, LiveData等）及Android UI开发技术。
5、具备出色的性能调优和内存优化能力，熟练使用Android Profiler等工具。
6、对软件质量有极高要求，具备良好的编程习惯和团队协作精神。
7、强烈的求知欲和解决问题的能力，能快速学习并应用新技术。
