1、负责涂布，辊分工段设备的控制参数设置及优化，提升设备OEE，持续优化设备运行状态；
2、指导工程师完成设备技术文件的编制、培训，大中修和二保的计划、方案优化、实施，主导设备维修技术标准的编制；
3、主导设备改造技术方案的编制及实施，工艺及质量攻关项目的实施，负责对工装夹具的现场使用问题提出改进建议；
4、主导定期评审设备的零部件安全库存量，控制维修成本；主导设备调试成本核算，控制部门MOH；
5、主导新工艺、新设备的调试及验收，负责设备新技术在量产产线的推广应用；
6、负责对工程师进行培训指导，提高设备技能。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，材料、电化学及机械等相关专业；
2、熟悉机械、电气等设备专业知识，能够绘制、审批专业技术图纸，掌握国家机械电气类相关标准规范；
3、有新能源锂电池行业3年及以上经验；
4、抗压能力强，有较好的解决问题能力和沟通表达能力。
