岗位职责：
1、结合商品部整体策略，制定品牌整体的产品陈列规范与标准，下达店铺并跟进执行情况
2、根据门店空间图纸,跟踪销售与空间的比率,确保不同店型空间和sku效率、确保门店空间效益*大化,费用合理化
3、定期收集店铺陈列反馈意见，不断调整和优化陈列方案
4、结合品类商品引进需求和门店形象规范,指导和审核道具结构设计与结构优化,优化店铺陈列道具和各类物料，对店铺整体呈现效果负责
5、定期巡店，对店铺陈列工作和运营情况进行督导
5、开展市调工作,掌握对标品牌动向,并针对店铺陈列问题及时调整及支持,提供解决方案,整合信息完成月度陈列反馈报告
6、定期组织陈列相关的培训，确保店员及时掌握新的陈列规范.搭配方式及流行趋势等。
7、负责部门员工的绩效管理,制定员工培养与发展计划,搭建人才梯队
岗位要求:
1、大专及以上学历，饰品、服装艺术设计&空间设计相关专业及销售管理经验优先
2、5年以上饰品、服饰行业空间布局陈列设计经验,熟悉服装行业,对时尚、快消、零售品牌有一定的了解
3、熟悉cdr、ps、cad等设计软件操作、具备平面布局管理知识、视觉陈列管理知识、具备数据分析技能
4、良好的服务意识、客户思维和经营思维能力
5、良好的统筹管理能力、沟通推动能力、经营头脑和思维
