4. 管理并协助团队完成SoC量产阶段的失效分析与可靠性测试
5. 与设计、验证、测试、运维、客户团队紧密合作，确保交付质量与客户满意度

任职要求：
1.硕士及以上学历，电子工程、微电子、计算机或相关专业，具备系统性质量培训者优先
2.10年以上半导体/SoC设计行业经验，至少3年以上管理经验，熟悉芯片从Spec到量产的各阶段质量保障流程
3.熟悉IP质量评估、子系统级验证完整性、DFMEA主导经验，具备项目生命周期质量控制能力
4.英文沟通顺畅，能独立完成客户质量审计与英文汇报
5.战略视角与系统思维，具备跨部门合作及团队教练能力，推动组织持续改进文化
