岗位职责
1、负责硬件开发PCB设计布局、布线的开发，针对项目设计过程中的问题，跟进推动并解决；
2、负责各类PCB设计，生产相关资料的制作：gerber文件生成，坐标文件生成，钢网文件制作，以及EQ回复；
3、负责硬件开发PCB项目设计对外协调沟通，满足设计需要；
4、执行硬件开发流程，完成各阶段的设计文档资料的控制和存档工作。
任职资格
1、熟练使用 pads、CAD 设计软件,能在 Router 设置差分和做差分等长；
2、熟悉高速布线技巧；
3、在设计时要懂得哪些线要做阻抗，做阻抗的要求是什么；
4、至少3年Layout经验，4层板以上的PCB设计绘制经验；
5、熟悉PCB制版工艺和SMT工艺流程，熟悉拼板制作要求，能独立解决PCB工程问题；
6、对ESD，EMI有丰富的处理经验，喜钻研，能够承受一定的工作压力;
7、有一定基础能看懂原理图设计经验；
8、工作严谨细致，具备团队合作精神。
