三、培训与审核应对
1.组织培训与考核‌：提升操作人员技能，确保测量一致性.
2.应对审核‌：处理客户及体系审核，确保问题闭环。‌
岗位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，计量、机械、测控相关专业优先；
2. 1年以上五金制造行业MSA、测量设备校准经验，熟练运用Gage R&R等统计方法；
3. 熟悉CMM/OMM及常规量具校准规范，能编制测量作业指导书；
4. 具备客户及体系审核应对经验，可推动问题闭环；有测量人员培训经验优先；
5. 工作严谨，具备良好的数据分析与沟通协调能力。
