【岗位职能】（核心能力）
1.负责多智能体后端框架设计与开发，包括Agent生命周期管理、任务规划、工具调用与协同通信。
2.推进AI Agent工程化落地，确保其高性能、高稳定运行。
3.负责AI平台本地化部署架构设计，制定容器化与标准化交付流程。
4.开发与维护大模型统一API接口，支持Agent推理与工具调用。
5.开发本地部署特有功能，如私有鉴权、License管理等。
6.协同模型微调工程师，完成模型能力集成并提供工程反馈。
编写架构设计、API及部署运维等相关技术文档。
任职要求：
1.5年以上Python后端开发经验，具备高并发、分布式系统经验者优先。
2.精通Python及FastAPI框架，具备扎实的实战能力。
3.具备AI Agent或LLM应用开发经验，熟悉ReAct、RAG、任务规划等原理。
4.熟悉LangChain、LlamaIndex等多智能体框架，有二次开发或自研能力者优先。
5.具备AI应用或SaaS产品私有化部署经验，工程化落地能力强。
6.熟练掌握Docker、Kubernetes等容器化与部署技术。
7.熟悉RESTful API设计及PGSQL数据库开发与优化。
8.有MLOps、CI/CD、KubeFlow经验者优先。
9.了解vLLM、TGI等本地模型推理优化技术者优先。
