岗位职责：

3、概要设计、核心功能详细设计文档编写；
4、负责系统核心模块和核心业务逻辑的设计、编码；
5、把控产品迭代进度和质量，指导新人，帮助解决技术难题；
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，计算机和软件相关专业，5年以上java开发经验；
2、扎实的java基础，深入理解JVM原理，熟练掌握常用设计模式及其应用场景；
3、精通springboot、springcloud微服务开发，并了解其核心原理与实现机制；
4、熟练掌握MySQL等数据库开发及其核心原理，熟悉Redis、ElasticSearch等常用NoSQL；
5、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息等机制；能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用，解决问题；
6、具备良好的表达和沟通能力、具备团队合作精神，对工作热情，有一定的抗压能力，有责任心和独立分析能力;
7、有团队管理经验者优先；
8、有信息安全行业从业经验者优先；
