岗位职责：
1、全面统筹公司自有品牌在抖音/快手平台上各销售渠道（品牌自播、达播、商务BD等）
2、负责运营抖音/快手小店，提升曝光度及宣传力度，提高转化率，完成直播渠道业绩目标；
3、负责对外业务合作的商务沟通和谈判、持续开拓达人资源，推广公司品牌；
4、负责拓展各直播渠道主播进行带货合作，包含但不限于抖音、快手等，协助完成相应销售目标；
5、策划并执行各类线上营销活动，提升品牌曝光度和用户互动率；
6、维护红人关系，建立长期持久合作；维护平台关系，获取更多资源；

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，至少1年以上达播商务、抖音直播等工作经验
2、熟悉抖音平台的操作流程及运营策略；
3、拥有丰富的抖音和快手软件达人的资源；
4、熟练抖音/快手运营模式及抖音/快手规划机制
5、具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神；
6、具有良好的数据分析能力和市场敏感度；
7、能够承受工作压力，适应快节奏的工作环境；
8、有传媒、广告或互联网行业背景者优先考虑。
