岗位职责：
1、按项目要求完成PCB设计工作，新器件PCB封装库建立；
2、PCB板料选型，制板工艺评估，叠层设计；制成板加工工序评估，根据不同工艺流程设计符合规范要求的PCB；
3、和项目工程师、结构工程师对接硬件和结构之间协调工作；
4、PCB布局布线评审、修改、出图审查；输出制板的光绘文件，工艺制作要求文档，装配所需相关工艺文档；
5、与PCB板厂工程确认；根据产品对PCB的不断高要求，及时同步熟悉PCB板厂加工工艺；PCB质量相关事宜协助处理；
6、及时正确导出生产所需的相关工艺文档并遵循规范进行归档；
7、及时了解硬件调试、测试反馈的情况；
8、完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求:
1、电子类相关专业，三年以上电源PCB设计工作经验;独立承担PCB布局、布线设计；
2、具有一定的电路基础知识；熟悉在安规，EMC、信号完整性、热设计等方面电源板布局布线的要求；
3、熟练使用ALLEGRO 相关EDA设计软件，熟悉CAM350等工具软件；
4、熟悉PCB板材选型，叠构规划，PCB工艺要求，制作流程，PCB板厂制程能力；
5、熟练PCB封装库建立；熟悉产品开发流程，PCB设计、评审流程；
6、执行力强、工作积极主动、认真细致、讲求质量和效率、吃苦耐劳、爱岗敬业；
7、具有良好的学习能力、独立承担工作能力；较强的团队合作意识，配合相关部门的工作。
