任职要求：
1.专业背景：微电子、光电工程、通信工程、物理等相关专业，熟悉硅光芯片原理及光通信制造流程
2.技术工具：熟练使用示波器、光谱仪、误码仪等测试设备；熟悉数据分析工具（JMP/MiniTab）
3.编程能力：掌握Python（数据处理/自动化测试）、C/C++（测试程序开发）、Verilog（FPGA验证）至少一种
4.硬件设计：具备基于芯片的硬件电路设计能力，熟悉原理图设计、PCB布局（Altium Designer等）
5.行业标准：熟悉SEMI标准、光通信行业标准（如IEEE 802.3）
6.沟通能力：能将复杂技术问题"翻译"成客户能听懂的语言，具备技术说服力
