技能要求：
1、计算机、软件工程等相关专业或工作背景，2年以上开发经验；
2、精通Java技术栈主流框架和库，至少参与过1个从0到1的微服务架构项目落地，具备微服务拆分经验；
3、有企业级SaaS开发经验，理解多租户架构、元数据驱动、配置化开发等设计模式及弹性扩展方案；
4、能清晰输出技术方案，与产品、测试、运维团队高效协同，适应敏捷开发流程；
5、具备持续学习能力，关注云原生、AI集成应用等前沿技术；
6、熟悉制造企业（离散/流程）核心业务场景者优先；
7、熟悉金蝶/用友/SAP等主流ERP系统二次开发者优先；
8、具备工业互联网项目经验，掌握SCADA/PLC数据对接或Modbus/OPC UA协议开发者优先；
9、除Java外，具有.net、python等多开发语言项目经验者优先；
10、了解前端技术栈或有全栈开发能力者优先。
