岗位职责
1. 月度生产工单结账，追踪生产工单实际耗用料量、价等，标准成本差异分析，并对异常情况进行改进追踪，负责推动生产工单及时完工及关闭，对于超时未关闭的生产工单形成月度追踪机制。
2. 直接人工生产效率与设备OEE追踪，协助业务部门做好相关改善工作。
3. 按月计算各项两大产品系统小时费用率报告。
4. 月度产品营利性分析报告，出具管理用财务报告。
5. 负责月度供应商付款及银行余额调节表编制，协助销售支持做好来款入账。
6. 领导安排的其他事项。

岗位要求
1. 财会专业，本科以上学历。具备初级会计师以上职称；
2. 5年以上制造业财会工作经验（包含3年以上成本控制相关）；
3. 熟悉国家税务.企业财务制度及流程.会计电算化，熟悉相关财税法律法规；
4. 熟练操作金蝶云星空ERP软件，EXCEL.会Power BI 优先等数据分析软件优先；
5. 具备良好的组织、沟通协调能力、抗压力及团队协作精神。
