负责工艺文件编制、材料定额、工装设计、刀具（量具）选型、程序编制、现场调试等；
解决生产现场机械加工技术难题，提供技术支持与快速响应；承担操作人员工艺规范与安全操作培训，提升团队执行能力；
负责零件机加工序作业节拍改善优化。机加工艺流程、工艺参数、工艺标准的改进及提高作业效率；
负责数控设备的维护保、维修支持
收集和整理复材机加过程中的数据和问题，进行质量问题分析，并推动持续改进。
专科及以上，数控专业或机械电子类相关专业；
8年以上航空结构件数控加工工艺经验，具有碳纤维复材加工经验优先。
精通五轴联动加工中心的操作、编程与调试，熟练掌握刀具选型、切削参数优化及常见故障排除，具备独立完成复杂零件试制的能力；
熟练使用CATIA或UG等三维软件进行工装夹具设计，并进行二维出图。具备工装夹具设计与加工经验；
工作主动性强，能够积极解决现场问题
良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神和跨部门协作能力。
良好的学习能力和适应能力，能够快速掌握新知识和新技能。
具有较强分析思维、解决问题能力、沟通表达能力。
