【岗位职责】

2.主导新一代监控平台的功能规划与开发，涵盖运维监控、日志分析、告警管理、APM等模块，设计高并发、低延迟的数据处理架构。
3.结合AIOps、云原生监控等技术趋势，推动智能告警（如动态阈值调整）、根因分析等功能的落地，降低人工干预比例。
4.研究开源工具（如SkyWalking、Grafana）的深度集成方案，优化数据采集、存储与可视化链路。
5.与运维团队紧密合作，确保监控平台适配客户IT环境（服务器/网络/数据库等），制定标准化接入流程。

【任职要求】
1.精通Python及主流框架（Django/Flask/FastAPI），熟悉异步编程与高性能服务开发。
2.深入理解监控技术栈（Prometheus/ELK/Grafana等），具备数据采集、存储优化及告警规则设计经验。
3.熟练使用Docker/K8s部署监控组件，熟悉Linux系统调优及Shell脚本开发。
4.5年以上Python开发经验，3年以上监控工具或运维系统开发管理经验，主导过中型以上平台项目。
5.熟悉IT基础设施（如Nginx/MySQL/Redis）的监控指标与故障排查方法，有APM或日志分析工具开发经验优先。
6.具备技术前瞻性，持续关注AIOps、可观测性等领域发展。
