5、具备消息中间件技术经验，有 Kafka、ActiveMQ、RabbitMQ 等产品使用经验者优先。
6、具备 AI 相关技术能力，熟悉大模型（如 Qwen、ChatGLM 等）的调用流程与训练微调方法，能够基于 API 或 SDK 实现大模型功能集成。
7、熟悉 Dify、RAGFlow 等开源 AI 应用开发平台，有基于上述平台搭建 RAG 系统、智能问答、NL2SQL 等企业级 AI 应用经验者优先。
具备良好的学习能力、问题分析与解决能力，积极乐观，乐于分享技术与经验，具备团队协作精神。
职位职责
1、参与公司软件产品和项目的全生命周期开发，包括需求分析、架构设计、代码编写、单元测试与问题修复。
2、负责 AI 功能模块的设计与开发，包括大模型调用接口封装、RAG 系统数据处理与检索优化、基于 Dify/RAGFlow 的应用定制开发等。
3、参与技术方案评审，保障代码质量与性能，按公司规范完成技术文档、接口文档、用户手册等编写工作。
4、跟踪前沿技术动态，尤其是 AI 与 Java 后端结合的技术趋势，推动技术落地与产品创新。
