一、岗位职责：
1、承担公司软件平台项目的服务端（后台）开发任务；
2、负责后端系统的解决方案设计与开发；java，mq，redis、mysql等设计与开发；
3、负责配合leader完成技术升级的开发；完成现场协议增加等；
4、参与技术中台、业务中台的开发。
5、主要与硬件、前端、现场对接，完成一些后端任务。
6、领导安排的一些临时项目任务等。
二、任职要求：
1、计算机及相关专业，本科毕业5年以上工作经验；
2、熟悉Linux系统，对DevOps和持续交付有很好的理解；
3、熟悉常见的数据结构及算法，具备计算机系统、网络、数据库等领域基础知识；
4、精通 Java 及面向对象设计开发，熟悉常见设计模式。有系统设计经验，研究过优秀开源软件源码并有心得者优先；
5、精通 Spring-Boot 框架、精通SpringMVC框架，REST接口，Json解析封装熟练使用Mybatis熟练使用至少一种ORM框架如MyBatis；
6、精通 Mysql 应用开发，熟练使用至1种.NOSQL(Redis/Memcache/MongoDB等)，理解其使用场景和限制；
7、对JVM有深入了解，熟悉JVM调优的常见方法；
8、对单元测试和集成测试非常了解，熟悉JUnit或者TestNG, 熟练运用各种mock框架。
优先考虑：
1、熟悉C#、.net、Python、前端VUE2.0、VUE3.0等编程语言优先
2、带领过3人以上开发团队，并顺利完成项目验收优先
3、有网口、U口等客户端程序研发或环保行业类项目开发经验优先
4、熟悉JAVA Fx 框架开发优先，具有一定的抗压能力
