【岗位职责】
1、负责核心业务场景下Agent的Prompt编写、工作流编排及工具调用配置，交付可运行的Agent;
2、利用Python、开源模型等，快速开发并交付MVP工具;
3、协助建立公司自有向量数据库/知识图谱。
4、负责模型迭代优化升级与应用效果监测；
5、负责将所研发AI大模型应用模块与现有系统进行集成。
6、完成部门交办的其他工作。
【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历；
2、计算机、电子信息工程、软件工程等相关专业；
3、3年及以上相关工作经历/实习经历；
4、熟练使用Python、Java、SQL编程。熟练掌握一种或多种主流深度学习框架（TensorFlow、PyTorch、Hugging face等）；
5、具备AI大模型应用开发，有RAG、ChatBI、Agent等模块的研发与应用落地者优先。
