任职资格:
岗位要求
1 计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历。
2 熟练掌握Python，具备良好的编码规范和工程化能力。
3 有大语言模型实际项目经验，熟悉常见模型/服务（如 OpenAI、通义千问等），能够独立完成 API 接入、提示词设计、参数配置。
4 了解 HTTP/RESTful API 调用与集成，有一定的后端开发经验（如 FastAPI / Flask / Django / Node.js 等其一）。
5 理解 AI Agent 基本概念，使用过 LangChain、MetaGPT、Dify等任一 Agent / LLM 应用框架，或有纯代码实现过多步骤任务编排。
6 对人工智能领域有强烈兴趣，热衷于探索大模型在 Agent 架构中的实际应用，具备持续学习与快速成长的意愿。
