岗位职责：
1、公司自研服务的开发工作；
2、根据开发进度和任务分配，完成相应功能的设计与开发任务；
3、进行软件功能的测试，查出软件存在的缺陷并进行解决；
4、负责业务系统的日常维护工作，解决生产上的问题和缺陷；
5、根据技术文档规范编写相应的技术文档以及编写相应的说明书。
任职需求：
1、熟练掌握常用Java技术框架（如SpringCloud，SpringBoot、SpringMVC、Mybatis等），能编写高质量规范代码；
2、有过Python、Golang、Rust其中一种语言开发经验；
3、熟练使用SQL，熟练掌握MySQL，了解Redis,MongoDB等NOSQL数据库；
4、熟悉常见的搜索引擎如ElasticSearch、solr，熟悉消息中间件RabbitMQ等；
5、具备大型分布式软件/SaaS软件开发经验，具备系统调试、性能调优等技能，大规模、高吞吐量的系统开发实践经验者优先；
6、熟练掌握linux操作系统和常用命令，熟练使用Git代码管理工具；
7、熟悉工作流(如Flowable,Activiti)者优先、有财务，ERP系统经验者优先；
8、喜欢钻研新技术，逻辑性强，有良好的工作态度。
