岗位职责
1.负责模拟、射频、混合信号芯片产品的模拟部分规格定义和研发。
2.负责模拟IP技术攻关；
3.参与芯片测试、验证、调试以及问题定位解决等工作；
4.参与项目技术规划和产品规划；
5.提升团队设计能力以及团队影响力；
任职要求
1.硕士及以上学历，微电子或电子通信等相关专业背景，至少3年以上工作经验；
2.精通POR、LDO、Bandgap、OSC、OPAMP、ADC等常见的基本电路；
3.熟悉ESD、Latchup等可靠性分析；
4.具有CMOS、SOI、SiGe等硅基芯片（候选人需熟悉这类工艺的设计规则，能按工艺要求做芯片设计）、Transceiver芯片量产经验者优先；
5.具备清晰的逻辑推理能力，英语口语及书写能力强；
性格积极向上，有责任心，抗压能力强，具备良好的团队协作能力
