1. 基于unity引擎开发游戏玩法业务，快速进行迭代；
2. 优化开发流程和工具，参与项目框架设计工作；
3. 快速准确的理解产品策划案，并进行合理的任务细分和工作量预估；
4. 维护迭代资源管理系统及发包工具；
5. 编辑器工具开发；

职位要求:
1. 热爱游戏行业，对开发游戏充满激情;
2. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
3. 2年及以上Unity游戏客户端开发经验;
4. 扎实的编程基础，对系统、数据结构等有比较好的理解，精通C#、Lua, 有良好的面向对象设计、分析和编码能力;
5. 良好的数学基础，熟悉客户端的常用算法；
6. 良好的沟通能力，学习能力，对于技术有追求
7、使用过FairyGUI者优先;
8、完整经历过一款上线手游的开发过程优先；
9、熟练掌握3D图形学原理有较强的shader编程能力优先；
