岗位职责
负责从胸部 CT 中生成支气管 mask、三维模型、中心线和拓扑结构
负责经典医学图像算法开发，包括阈值、连通域、区域生长、形态学、中心线、泄漏检测等
负责气管种子检测、隆突识别、左右主支气管追踪及远端分支扩展
负责支气管树拓扑构建、目标点映射、路径规划前置数据生成
负责算法质量控制，避免将肺野、外部空气、胃肠气体等误分割为支气管
负责 synthetic phantom/规则数据和真实 DICOM 调试验证
输出算法中间结果、失败原因、质量指标，并与前端工程师完成接口对接
参与算法说明、验证方案、风险控制等文档编写
任职要求
3 年及以上医学图像处理或计算机视觉算法经验
熟悉 CT 图像、HU 值、窗宽窗位、spacing、DICOM geometry 等基础知识
熟悉 C++ 医学图像算法开发，代码具备可测试、可复现能力
熟悉 ITK 或类似医学图像处理库
理解胸部 CT 基础解剖，熟悉气管、隆突、左右主支气管及多级分支
具备中心线、树结构、图结构或管状结构建模经验
能通过日志和中间结果定位问题，而非单纯靠调参
加分项
有支气管、血管、神经、结肠等管状结构分割经验
熟悉 graph tracing、vesselness/frangi、level set、morphology
熟悉 VTK mesh 生成，如 marching cubes、flying edges
有 Dice、Hausdorff、centerline err等验证经验
了解深度学习分割，但能接受当前阶段以传统算法 + C++ 实现为主
