岗位要求：
1、参与产品或服务流程的设计与优化，从源头嵌入质量控制节点（如关键工序的 SIP 制定）；
2、负责统计分析研发、生产、客户端的品质问题，运用品质工具进行分析改善；牵引及推动相关部门改善品质问题；
3、负责生产过程中和客户反馈的异常的调查、分析、纠正及预防；
4、收集、整理过程质量数据（如不良率、返工率、过程能力指数 CPK 等），通过统计工具（如柏拉图、控制图）分析质量波动趋势，识别潜在风险并发布预警；
5、定期编制质量报告，向管理层汇报过程质量状况、问题及改进建议。
6、负责过程团队（如质量工程师）的日常管理，包括人员排班、工作分配、绩效考核及技能培训（如法规、测试方法、工具使用、质量意识等）；
7、与生产部门协作，监督生产过程对质量标准的执行情况，协助解决生产中的质量冲突；与研发部门对接，确认新产品试产过程的质量控制要点。
学历与经验：
本科及以上学历，品质工程、机械、化学、生物等相关专业；
知识与技能:
5年左右一次性医用耗材/汽车过程质量管理工作经验，掌握ISO 13485/16949质量管理体系基础优先考虑；熟练运用质量工具，FMEA、QCP、QC七大手法等
关键素质: 具有良好的职业道德,有较强的沟通协调能力,有较强的执行及落地能力和团队协作精神，原则及工作主动性强
语言：英语读写熟练
