3、Java/Kotlin 基础扎实，对IO、多线程、JVM等有良好的理解，熟练使用常见编程框架，熟悉其原理；
具有良好的代码质量意识。
4、丰富的编码经验，良好的编码风格，以及扎实的系统设计能力；
5、能独立承接安卓客户端的开发，维护和调优工作
