1，调研、梳理、整理业务部门数据需求；
2，ERP、OA、PDM、MES等系统的数据整理；
3，结合报表、BI工具，构建数据数据仓库、数据模型等；
4，制定报表及BI的实施方案、文档及培训教程；
4，etl数据交换实施及数据源的维护、管理；
5，日常报表及BI系统、模型的开发及维护。
岗位要求：
1，深入了解FineReport/FineBI系统的架构和功能；
2，了解ERP、OA、PDM、MES等系统架构、API接口及数据库结构；
3，熟练掌握FineReport/FineBI的建模、报表制作；
4，熟悉主流数据库系统，如 SQL Server、Oracle、Mysql 等；
5，熟悉etl数据交换等实施工作（kettle、finedatalink等）；
6，有制造企业工作经验，熟悉制造企业系统及数据管理；
7，具备良好的调试和故障排除能力，能够分析和解决技术问题；
8，具备良好的需求分析和设计能力，能够理解业务需求，并将其转化为技术实现；
9，对新技术和知识有强烈的学习兴趣，能够快速掌握新的技术和工具；
10，善于与团队成员沟通协作，能够积极参与团队工作，共同完成项目任务。
