3、拥有完整的IPO经验（全程主导或深度参与过至少一个成功的、完整的A股制造业IPO项目）。精通企业上市全流程，包括财务合规核查、财务数据核查、关联交易规范及财务历史问题清理等，熟悉IPO监管要求、关键节点及常见问题解决。
4、拥有10年以上财务工作经验，其中5年以上大中型制造业/上市公司财务总监或副总任职经历。精通财务建模、财务分析、预算管理、成本控制、税务筹划、资金管理。
5、熟练使用主流ERP 系统（如金蝶、用友等），能够实现高效财务管理，掌握数据分析工具（如 Power BI）者更佳，有助于企业进行深层次的财务数据挖掘和分析。
6、具备对外沟通、跨部门协作经验和能力。对内能够有效协调销售、采购、研发等企业职能部门；对外能够协调沟通政府部门、保荐机构、会计师事务所等，全面推动上市进程。
7、具备高度的责任感和敬业精神、敏锐的风险意识和问题解决能力、优秀的抗压能力、良好的职业操守、优秀的表达能力。
