一、任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，电子相关专业（注：优秀者可放宽到大专）；
2. 具有电源产品中大型企业3年以上电子工程师经验，包括硬件电路设计、电子物料测试和制程工艺改善经验；
3. 熟练掌握电子电源专业理论和知识、测试方法和工具、品质和效能数据统计能力、项目管理工具和常见企业信息系统等基础办工能力；
4. 熟悉电源产品的电装物料、电气物料、结构物料和PLC物料的关键技术参数，以及测试方法，熟练使用相关仪器设备，比如能设计和绘制电路图和测试工具的基础维修；
5. 具有踏实主动工作态度，较强的学习、团队协作能力和逻辑思维能力；
6. 能接受基于物料问题积极解决为原则的供应商和客户端出差，不限电话及邮件等方式地响应岗位需求。
二、岗位职责：
1. 负责承接新物料、备份物料或替代物料的样品测试，并输出测试报告；
2. 负责收集物料的试产跟踪单和试产验证报告，发布试产结果；
3. 负责指导和协助品管人员对超周期或特采物料的抽检测试；
4. 负责协助开发确认新选型物料的参数，摸底测试新物料的性能及可靠性；
5. 负责审核物料供应商的开发、认证、导入、维护、考核和淘汰工作；
6、负责配合开发、FAE、PE、MC和QA等人员共同分析和解决公司的各种物料问题。
