一、岗位职责
1、根据接待对象级别、来访目的制定接待方案，包括行程安排、食宿预订、交通保障、场地布置等；
2、负责来宾的迎送、引导、陪同，介绍企业文化、展厅参观讲解；
3、协调各部门配合接待工作，及时解决突发问题；
4、协助公司展会、行业会议、企业年会等活动或会务支持；
5、协助处理总经办/销售部其他工作事宜。
二、岗位要求
一）基础要求
1、净身高165cm以上，五官端正，气质优雅；
2、20-35岁，身体健康，无不良嗜好；
3、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、文秘、播音主持等相关专业优先；
4、普通话标准流利，具备基本英语听说能力者优先；
5、优秀者薪资可面议。
二）核心能力
1、掌握商务礼仪规范，着装适宜、谈吐得体，具备良好的商务礼仪素养；
2、性格热情开朗，具有高度的服务意识和责任心，能主动关注宾客需求，能适应商务宴请场合，具备基本的商务宴请礼仪知识；
3、有一定文字基础，熟悉office办公软件。
三）加分要素
1、有高端酒店、航空公司VIP接待、政府机关接待工作经验
2、具备一定的艺术素养，熟悉音乐、绘画、茶艺等文化领域知识
