岗位职责:
1. 负责新产品从研发到量产的全流程导入工作，协调各部门推进项目进度；
2. 在新产线组织小批量测试（PVT），对比新老产线直通率与CPK数据，判定是否达到量产放行标准；
3. 负责BOM（物料清单）确认，核对物料规格、用量及替代料兼容性，确保BOM数据的准确性；
4. 负责转移初期因物料差异导致的临时改板方案输出，以及批量性不良品的临时维修指导；
5. 对生产部门进行新线操作规范培训；对售后部门进行新产品差异化维修技能培训。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，电子/机械/自动化相关专业；
2. 具备3年以上工艺工程或量产转移经验，熟悉新产品导入流程及相关项目管理方法，熟悉BOM结构、能使用CAD/Minitab，具备数据分析能力；
3. 具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，能有效推动多方协作；
4. 具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力，能独立应对项目中的突发状况；
5. 工作积极主动，责任心强，适应一定程度的工作压力；
6. 能够熟练运用办公软件及工程文档管理工具。
