5、掌握TI02C2000系列DSP软件开发，了解MATLAB等仿真软件的使用方法；
6、了解软件测试流程及其方法，具备基本的软件开发能力；
7、具有良好的团队协作、沟通、协调等能力，身心健康、乐观上进；
8、具有基本的英文听说读写能力，能够使用英文进行简单的日常沟通工作。
9、具有3年及以上开关电源产品控制软件开发经验，熟悉UPS、光伏逆变器、充电桩模块、储能变流器等产品开发者优先。
