3、完成硬件相关设计文档的编写和归档工作；

5、协助产品在市场应用出现的问题分析及解决，老产品维护及改善；
6、电力电子行业新技术、新器件、新材料研究，提高产品竞争力。
岗位要求
1、应届硕士学历；电力电子与电力传动、控制科学与控制工程、自动化电子信息等相关专业；
2、精通各种电力电子变换技术、熟悉各类电子元器件应用；
3、具备良好的英语阅读能力，能够阅读英文器件手册及技术资料；
4、有较强的动手能力和学习能力，善于思考和总结；
5、熟练万用表、示波器、电子负载、信号发生器等电子仪器设备；
6、熟练使用PADS，Altium designer等EDA工具/熟练使用相关仿真软件（如MATLAB、PSPICE、PSIM等）进行电路或系统仿真；
7、服从上级领导安排，有良好的沟通能力，具备团队合作精神。
