1.UI/UX专业设计与落地主导
o深度用户界面设计：主导复杂业务场景的UI视觉方案设计，独立输出高保真交互原型（Figma/Sketch/Axure），确保设计系统一致性；
o体验优化闭环：通过可用性测试（Usability Testing）、眼动热力图分析、用户旅程地图（User Journey Mapping）驱动设计迭代，提升关键指标。
2.微信生态体验专项
o主导微信小程序/公众号的界面交互创新，深度融合微信设计规范（如授权流程精简、浮窗交互优化、分享裂变路径设计）；
o基于微信用户行为数据（停留时长/跳出率/授权转化率）输出体验优化方案。
3.设计-技术-业务三角协同
o作为UI/UX专业接口人，推动设计规范在开发端的高还原度落地；
o将业务需求转化为可执行的UI/UX设计方案，输出完整PRD及交互逻辑说明文档。
录用条件：
1.基础资质
o本科及以上学历，人机交互、视觉设计、工业设计相关专业优先；
o3年以上专职数字化产品UI/UX设计经验（需提供作品集）；
o1年以上微信生态产品实战经验（小程序/公众号必具其一）。
2.UI/UX核心能力
o设计专业硬技能：
✓ 精通Figma/Axure等工具的高保真原型制作（需展示带交互逻辑作品）。
o微信设计落地能力：
✓ 成功上线过微信端功能模块或相关商业化产品（需说明具体设计贡献）。
✓ 熟悉微信产品界面设计规则（如诱导分享规避、授权弹窗规范等）。
3.协作能力
o能驱动跨团队协作：案例需证明曾协调跨部门沟通推进设计落地；
o英语读写流畅，CET-4及以上，可阅读Material Design/iOS HIG等英文设计指南。
