1.招生策略制定与执行，负责潜在生源的落地转化工作，确保招生目标的实现。
2.负责招生电话及线上线下报名接听及登记，为潜在生源及其家长解答疑问和相关信息指导，帮助学生和家长了解学校的教育特色、课程设置等。
3.收集招生数据，分析市场趋势和竞争对手情况，及时调整招生策略；参与对当年招生生源状况进行详细分析，并对下一阶段招生计划安排提出建议。
4.协调组织招生相关工作，协助做好参与招生工作人员的业务培训。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，具备教育招生相关的经验，对教育事业充满热情，尤其音乐领域，愿为音乐教育事业的发展不懈努力。
2.需具备良好的沟通技巧和表达能力，能够迅速且有效地处理招生过程中遇到的各种问题，确保信息传达的准确性和高效性。

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Develop execute recruitment strategies to ensure the achievement of enrollment targets, focusing on converting prospective students enrolled ones.

Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree above with relevant experience in education recruitment, passionate about education, especially in the field of music, willing to make unremitting efforts fthe development of music education.
2. Excellent communication presentation skills, capable of quickly effectively handling various issues encountered during the admission process, ensuring the accuracy efficiency of information dissemination.
