岗位职责：1、现场管理：负责仓储功能分区、动线优化及标识管理，落实先进先出、效期预警、温湿度监控、危化品专项管理等制度。2、库存管控：统筹原料、半成品、成品、包材的全生命周期库存管理，组织月度抽盘年度全盘，确保库存准确，做到账物卡一致。3、系统与流程：熟悉ERP仓储系统，确保作业数据实时准确、全程可追溯;对接生产、销售、物流部门，保障生产投料及订单发货及时率。4、品控与效率：建立入库待检、出库复核双检制度，杜绝错发漏发。5、损耗与成本：针对临期、破损、串味等制定专项防控方案，严控仓储损耗率；统筹人工、空间等成本，实现降本增效；协同采购处理来料异常，杜绝不合格入库。6、团队与协同：负责仓储团队搭建与培训，跨部门协作沟通和流程持续优化。任职要求：1、高中及以上学历，物流仓储类相关专业优先；2、有2-3年以上食品行业仓储相关领域工作经验；3、熟悉物流仓储作业流程，熟悉相关物流设备的使用和维护规范；4、较强的解决问题和沟通的能力，熟练使用基本的办公管理软件；5、具备较强的责任心和团队精神，能吃苦耐劳，能承受一定工作压力；6、熟悉Excel、Word等Office应用软件，熟悉金蝶ERP系统。
