工作职责
1. 作为甲方项目核心成员，全程参与新ERP系统的实施、上线及后期优化项目。
2. 负责与乙方实施团队对接，主导或深度参与业务需求调研、流程梳理、方案设计、系统测试、用户培训等工作，确保乙方交付物符合合同要求与公司实际业务需要，控制项目范围与风险。
3. 深入理解公司财务、供应链、生产、销售、人事等核心领域的业务流程，并能提出优化建议。
4. 负责处理系统日常运维问题，担任二级或三级支持，解决用户操作疑问和系统异常。
5. 主导或参与系统变更管理，评估业务需求变更对系统的影响，并制定实施方案。
6. 作为IT与业务部门之间的关键联络人，有效沟通，推动业务部门适应新的系统和流程，培养关键用户，建设公司内部的ERP支持体系。
7. 编写和维护系统操作手册、业务流程文档等知识资产。
任职资格
本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、财务、物流等相关专业。
3年以上ERP相关工作经验，具备企业ERP运维或实施经验。
熟悉至少一款主流ERP系统（如SAP,acle EBS/Cloud, 用友NC/U9/BIP, 金蝶EAS等）的一个或多个核心模块（如 FICO/财务、MM/采购库存、SD/销售分销、PP/生产制造）。
具备良好的SQL基础，熟悉常用的数据库软件如SQL Server/oracle等，能进行数据查询和初步分析。
了解项目管理基本知识（PMP/软考优先）。
