岗位职责：
1、开拓及维护高净值客户、机构客户（金融机构、上市公司等），并与客户建立长期良好的关系；
2、通过与客户沟通，了解客户在投资方面的需求；
3、根据客户的资产状况、预期收益目标、风险承受能力等帮助客户制定合理的资产配置方案，并结合公司优质资源为客户提供专业的资产配置服务；
4、定期与客户联系，告知理财产品的收益情况，向客户介绍新的金融服务、理财产品及金融市场动向，维护良好的信任关系；
5、完成公司业绩考核指标或完成直招人数考核指标。
岗位要求：
1、全日制大学本科及以上学历（3年工作经验以上放宽至大专），金融、财务、会计、经济学、法律、投资类等相关专业毕业优先；
2、银行、证券、基金、信托等金融机构工作经验者优先录用；
3、熟悉金融业务，具有较好的金融基础理论、财务管理知识、投资理论知识，熟悉行业管理的法律、法规和其他相关政策；
4、对固定收益类、股权类或高端理财市场有相当的了解，有能力针对产品和市场选择客户。
5、具备良好职业操守，诚信，踏实，有责任心。
6、丰富的融资渠道和业内广泛的人脉圈子。
7、具有扎实的商业谈判经验、洞察力。
工作地点：长沙市岳麓区滨江路53号楷林国际C座 1901室
工作时间：周一至周五 09：30——17：30
