1、负责品类策略的制定与完善，结合实际业务需求、行业发展趋势及市场竞争格局，开展成本结构分析与供应链风险评估，制定和持续优化所负责的品类采购策略，提升采购效率与成本效益；
2、负责及时满足事业部的各类采购需求，精准对接需求细节，同时全程监控供应商的交付进度与履约质量，确保年度合同的有效续接及临时紧急需求的高效满足，保障供应链稳定；
3、负责单一来源的拓源改善工作，开展市场调研以挖掘潜在替代供应商，制定拓源计划与实施方案，跟进拓源改善项目的全流程实施进度，推动供应商资源多元化，降低单一采购风险；
4、参与采购体系标准化建设，协助完善采购管理制度、流程及操作规范，推动采购工作的规范化、专业化开展，为提升整体采购管理水平贡献力量；
5、跟踪采购领域前沿技术与创新模式，结合公司实际情况探索应用可能性，参与推动采购数字化转型，提升采购工作效率。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，供应链、国际贸易、经济管理类、土木工程、建筑、自动化等相关专业优先;
2、英语6级及以上，口语、书写流利，能够进行商务谈判；
3、具有多角度地分析和解决问题的能力，较强的数据分析能力、思维逻辑能力、沟通协调能力、组织和统筹管理能力；
4、具有使命感和强烈的责任心，工作积极主动；
