岗位职责
1. 参与能源互联网相关业务的Python程序开发、调试与优化，保障系统稳定运行；
2. 协助搭建机器学习基础模型，参与数据预处理、特征工程及模型训练、验证等环节；
3. 对接能源数据相关需求，实现数据采集、分析及可视化呈现，支撑业务决策；
4. 配合团队完成技术文档编写，参与代码评审及技术方案讨论。

任职要求
1. 统招硕士及以上学历，计算机、自动化相关专业，具备1-3年Python开发经验者优先；
2. 熟练掌握Python基础语法，熟悉常见数据处理库（NumPy、Pandas）及机器学习框架（Scikit-learn、TensorFlow/PyTorch至少一种）；
3. 了解机器学习基础算法（回归、分类、聚类等），具备数据清洗、特征提取的基本能力；
4. 关注能源互联网行业动态，能理解业务场景与技术落地的结合点，具备良好的逻辑思维和问题解决能力；
5. 具备良好的沟通协作能力，责任心强，能快速适应团队协作节奏。
