岗位职责
1. 负责电机控制器、功率模块、PCBA、电控结构件等核心物料供应商准入审核、现场稽核及APQP/PPAP导入跟进，完成新供应商量产能力评估。
2. 负责量产供应商日常质量管控，统计来料良率、监控制程风险，定期开展供应商绩效考评、评级与整改优化。
3. 快速处理来料不良、产线异常、试验及售后失效问题，运用8D、5Why等工具主导根因分析、整改落地与闭环验证，杜绝问题复现。
4. 管控供应商工艺、工装、物料、参数等变更流程，严格把控PCN/ECN变更风险，保障量产质量稳定。
5. 协助制定电控零部件质量检验标准与供应商管控规范，同步落实主机厂质量要求，配合审厂与客户质量对接工作。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、车辆工程、电子、机械等相关专业。
2. 具有3年以上新能源汽车零部件产品供应商质量相关工作经验。
3. 熟悉新能源汽车三电体系，有电机控制器、电控PCBA、功率器件SQE经验优先。
4. 掌握IATF16949体系及汽车五大质量工具，具备独立开展供应商稽核、问题整改闭环能力。
5. 熟悉电控产品基本特性与常见失效模式，沟通协调能力强，执行力高，可接受短期出差。
6. 有头部车企/Tier1电控行业经验、6Sigma、内审员证书者优先。
